Qualifications

Education
- Advanced degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or related field is preferred

Experience
- Theology is aligned with Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Gifted in preaching/teaching to walk through scripture and apply it in your life
- Proven pastoral experience in a multi-staff, multi-generational congregation
- 5 years pastoral care, preaching and leading is preferred
