Qualifications

• Education
  • Advanced degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or related field is preferred 
• Experience
  • Theology is aligned with Baptist Faith & Message 2000
  • Gifted in preaching/teaching to walk through scripture and apply it in your life
  • Proven pastoral experience in a multi-staff, multi-generational congregation
  • 5 years pastoral care, preaching and leading is preferred
