Hermitage Hills Baptist Church loves to support the staff, students and families of our local schools! It is our passion to partner with those who are educating and caring for future generations in our community.  Currently, we are partnering with four schools - Hermitage Elementary, Springdale Elementary, McGavock High School and Grow U.

We connect with these partners by providing support for the teachers and staff, a space for training, and encouragement throughout the year.  We are strengthening our partnerships by connecting with United4Hope in Davidson County and Everyone's Wilson in Wilson County.  These organizations will help us to consistently love on our schools partnerships.

 

Opportunities:

ALL Schools

School Partnerships Fall Prep Night - July 17th - 6:00-7:30pm - Join us as we prepare for the 2024-25 school year.  This mission's opportunity is for ALL ages.  We will meet in the cafe'.  Enter through the Treehouse lobby doors.

 

Grow U

Pray for the staff, families and students

 

Open House - July 25th - 5:00-6:30pm - The families will come to meet teachers and find classrooms.  We need volunteers to welcome families in lobby and direct to the correct room.

 

Hermitage Elementary
Pray for the staff, students and families

 

Staff Training - July 29th - 11:00am - We will host the team at Hermitage Hills as they train and prepare for the new school year.  We need volunteers to help us serve them lunch.

 

First Day of School - August 6th - 7:00am - We will help the staff as they welcome students and families.  Volunteers will hold doors, direct to staff, and give a big welcome as the families come on their first day.

 

McGavock High School
Pray for the staff, students and families

 

First Day of School - August 6th - 6:15am - We will welcome back students and staff on their first day of school.  Volunteers will pass out snacks and give a big welcome back as students and staff come to school.
