The Mission of Radical Heart
Radical Heart exists to help our neighbors in need by providing food and clothing with dignity and compassion. Through our service, we strive to reflect the light and love of Christ, offering hope and connection to every guest we welcome.
Open to the Public
Wednesday between 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. - limit of 10 families for clothing and limit of 50 families for food - first come basis
Thursday between 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - limit of 10 families for clothing and limit of 40 families for food - first come basis
*Due to demand, we are limiting the number of families served each day we are open. These numbers are subject to change without notice.
*Guest can receive food once per month and clothing once per month, but not on the same visit.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify to receive food/clothing from Radical Heart, guest must meet statewide income eligibilty guidelines.
Food Box Pickup Process
Once you have arrived, stay in your car and wait for a Parking Team volunteer to assign your spot in line. You will be registered with a volunteer. If eligible, you will receive a pre-packaged food box and additional items that you have selected (items vary each week.) Your shopper will bring your food to your vehicle.
Clothes Closet Process
- Arrive during our hours of operation.
- Stay in your car and wait for a volunteer to give you a spot in line.
- A Radical Heart volunteer will escort you inside to begin shopping when it’s your turn.
- Only one family member will be allowed entry and will be allowed to select items for the whole family when they shop.
Assisting Homebound Individuals
We do allow people to pick up food for homebound individuals. A proxy form will be given to the individual picking up. The form will need to be filled out by the homebound individual and returned to Radical Heart at your convenience.
How to Volunteer
We are always happy to welcome new volunteers at Radical Heart! Whether you can volunteer weekly, monthly, or occasionally, there is a spot for you to be "on mission" in our community.

Step Two: Shadow a current volunteer to learn more about the role(s) you are interested in.
Step Three: Come with an open heart and join the Radical Heart team.
Donation Guidelines
If you would like to donate items, you can drop off your donations to the church office Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. You can also bring donations on Sunday morning, where there are donation bins in the main lobby and inside the entrance of Door 14.
Food Donation Guidelines: We accept shelf-stable foods such as canned vegetables/beans, canned soups, canned fruit, dry pasta, macaroni & cheese, rice, cereal, peanut butter, oatmeal, coffee, etc. Please do not drop off expired or opened items.
Clothing Donation Guidelines: We accept all Men's, Women's, and Children's sizes for both clothing and shoes. Please make sure all buttons/zippers work and that all items are in good condition. Please do not drop off used undergarments or clothing items that are stained, discolored, ripped, or have a pet/smoke smell. NEW undergarments/socks are greatly appreciated.
Other Donations Received: We accept any unopened cleaning/hygiene products such as shampoo, soap, shaving cream, deodorant, dish cleaner, laundry detergent, etc. We also accept purses, duffle bags, suitcases, blankets, winter accessories, and unused towels. Baby items such as unopened diaper packages, formula, and wipes are welcomed. Please do not drop off baby gear (cribs, car seats, highchairs, etc), toys, books, or other miscellaneous household items.
