New Orleans Mission Trip

The team had a great week on mission in October 2025.  The team attended church at Bridge City on Sunday and then connected with the church members by providing a women’s and men’s event.  The women on the trip served at Women at the Well by hosting a Bible study, meal, and craft time.  The team helped set up a food pantry on the seminary campus.  Wednesday night, the team hosted a Fall Festival at the church for the community.  Right before the festival ended, everyone went into the sanctuary where Pastor Mike presented the Gospel by carving a pumpkin.

Cost:  $280 per person

Participants:  Must be 10 years of age or older and able to participate in the mission activities of the trip

Over fourteen years, we have been committed to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people in New Orleans.  We partner with Bridge City Baptist Church.  We are one group with many skills and the willingness to share Christ's love with those we meet.  We focus on continued support of Bridge City Baptist Church.  We minister to their children, women, students, and adults.  We can use a variety of people with construction skills, witnessing, leading crafts, and more.

In the past, we have made repairs to the church and parsonage, helped with home repair, volunteered at the men's thirft shop, helped at the food pantries, hosted a fall festival at the church and participated in streetcar witnessing.  You will be amazed by the way God will use you!
