Welcome back to Month of Missions!  Click HERE to watch the service.

November is NOT the only month that Hermitage Hills is involved in missions.  Our vision and mission is lived out daily through a missional mindset.  It is important to us to tell the story of what God has accomplished through missions during the year.  So important that we take an entire month to give updates and celebrate the work God has done.  We also give information on how you can connect to missions in the coming year.  You can find this information on our informational cards in the downloads below.

ONE a Vision of More begins with YOU.  God has a unique way for each of us to be on mission.  So, whatever stage of life you are in, God has a place in missions for you to connect.  You have the opportunity to engage the ONE in your area of influence that needs to hear about the ONE true God so they can experience LIFE change through Him.

This week we will focus on our Fortifying our Nation and Impacting our City mission opportunities.

Ways you can Participate TODAY:

Pray for God to use missions at Hermitage Hills to show the love of the ONE true God to those around us.  You can do this by joining us in praying for missions through our Daily Prayer Guide.  Pray that God would show you where you can step in whether you serve from home or in person.  Check out the downloads below for the prayer guide.

The Hope Wall focuses on three schools in the communities of Las Conchas, Guatemala, Busia, Kenya, and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  When you give to the One Fund, you are supporting the Hope Wall.  It costs $75 per year to feed one child each day they attend school in these communities.  The support from the One Fund allows our partners to minister to their communities by providing food.  This act of kindness often opens the door for additional ways to minister to the child's family.  We encourage you to pray for our partners, the schools, children, families, and communities.  Check out the downloads below for a Hope Wall card.

Our mission's fair focuses on the ways that we can Fortify our Nation and Impact our City.  Watch the picture slide show above to see all the mission fair tables.  Information cards about each of these mission opportunities can be found in the downloads below.

Ways you can participate this WEEK:

This Wednesday, November 16th, you can participate in our Wednesdays are for Serving opportunities - Radical Heart, English Classes (ESL), and Room in the Inn.  To get more information, fill out the Month of Mission's Interest Card below.

OCC is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse and collects shoebox gifts for children around the world as an expression of God’s love.  The gift is not the items in the box, but instead the Gospel that is told to each child that receives a box.  You can pack a physical box and return it by November 20th to the OCC table in the main foyer.

We are hosting a Drop Off Site this year at Hermitage Hills.  The community can bring filled boxes to us and we will get it to the central drop off site.  We need your help.  We plan to collect over 5,000 boxes so need volunteers that are willing to unload boxes and place them in cartons for transport.  Our days of greatest need are Saturday, November 19, from 12:30-3:30 pm, Sunday, November 20, from 12:30-3:30 pm and Monday, November 21, from 9:00 am-5:30 pm.  Those volunteering on Sunday will have lunch provided (sign up required for lunch).  By volunteering you are participating in missions as you Impact our City and Embrace our World for Jesus Christ.  Check out the link below to sign up to volunteer.
