As the church prepares for a Pastoral transition in August 2023, we are asking all members and regular attenders of Hermitage Hills to participate in a church Focus Groups. The goal is to assess where we as a church see ourselves. Step one was to take a assessment survey, now we will meet in groups.
Two dates and times are available for sign up. Saturday, April 23, 3:30pm or Sunday, April 24 at 5pm
The information provided in the Focus Groups will ultimately be used by the Lead Pastor Search Team when they are formed later this year to begin the process of praying over and implementing the search process for our next Lead Pastor.
But that information won’t be and cannot be complete unless each of you participate in the process.
