Part-time Receptionist

Duties and responsibilities includes: providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate ministries, answering doors via monitors and phone, mail distribution, requisition of office supplies and copier supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Receptionist is also responsible for assisting in the welcome path of visitors from Sunday mornings, data entry and assignments with email and correspondence.
